The Yangzhou University Scholarships 2022 are awards made available to international students that are completely funded. These grants are available to students pursuing bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and doctoral degrees. These scholarships will cover the cost of tuition, provide housing, and provide a stipend of up to 2,500 RMB per month.
The Jiangsu Provincial People's Government and the Chinese Ministry of Education are both partners in the establishment of Yangzhou University, also known as YZU. It was one of the first universities in China to be given permission to award both master's and doctoral degrees, making it an important comprehensive university in Jiangsu Province. Tongzhou Private Teachers' School and Tonghai Agricultural School both opened their doors in 1902, marking the beginning of YZU's long and illustrious history. Both of these schools were the forerunners of YZU.
Education at YZU is characterized by a rich legacy in the humanities, advantages in agricultural sciences, integration of science and humanities, and harmonious development of each major discipline. This is all based on the university's motto, which encourages students to be perseverant and self-reliant. On the campuses of YZU, there are currently more than 25,000 full-time students enrolled in undergraduate programs and more than 11,000 students enrolled in postgraduate programs; of these, more than 2,000 are students from outside the United States.

Financial Support for Students
Scholarships awarded by Yangzhou University to the recipient will give the recipient the opportunity to receive the following benefits:
Undergraduate:
waiver of both the tuition and the accommodation fee. Other fees must be paid for by every applicant as well.
Masters:
waiver of both the tuition and the accommodation fee. Subsistence allowance of 1,500 RMB per month and per year (10 months).
Ph.D.:
waiver of both the tuition and the accommodation fee. Allowance for subsistence of 2500 RMB per month throughout the year (10 months).
Notes:
Funding The time limit must not be longer than the typical time period for academic study.The annual review that is put on by YZU is mandatory attendance for international students. In the event that an applicant does not pass the review, the scholarship may be put on hold or even revoked entirely.
For first-year students at YZU, the most important things that are evaluated are attendance and academic performance. YZU also provides comprehensive reviews that are based on college comments, rewards, and punishments. If you have at least a 95 percent attendance rate and a grade point average of at least 70, your tuition and room and board for the following academic year will be waived.If you have at least a 95% attendance rate and a GPA of at least 60, your tuition for the following academic year will be waived.
If the student's attendance falls below 95 percent or their average score falls below 60, the scholarship will be revoked.
The primary focus of YZU's evaluations of graduate students is on their academic performance as well as the feedback provided by their advisors. These evaluations are followed by comprehensive reviews that consider scientific accomplishments, rewards, and punishments. If a candidate does not pass the review, they will no longer be eligible for the scholarship.
Students who are at risk of having their scholarships revoked will not be eligible for new scholarships but will be allowed to continue their education at their own expense. They have the opportunity to submit an application for the annual review during the current school year. If they are successful in the review, their scholarship will be reinstated beginning with the next school year.
Before the end of the first semester, YZU may conduct an internal evaluation of all scholarship recipients. YZU reserves the right to exercise this right. If it turns out that a student did not do well enough on the test, he or she will be kicked out of the scholarship program right away.
Students' scholarships will be canceled and can no longer be resumed if any of the following occurs: violating the Chinese laws and regulations; attending illegal organizations or activities; facing punishment; or engaging in other illegal behaviors (scholarship will be canceled immediately); failing to take part in the annual scholarship review without justifiable reasons or failing the review for a total of two times in total; or engaging in other illegal behaviors (scholarship will be canceled from the next semester).
Criteria for Eligibility to Receive a Scholarship from Yangzhou University in 2022
Yangzhou University gives scholarships to students who can show they meet all of the following requirements:

Countries from around the world, with the exception of China, may apply.
Students from other countries who want to study at YZU at the undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral level and have sent in an application.
Undergraduate students who are at least 18 years old and who are younger than 25 years old (by May 31st) For masters, applicants must be at least 18 years old and younger than 35 (by May 31st). To be eligible for a Ph.D., applicants must be at least 18 years old and younger than 45 (by May 31st).
There is not another scholarship quite like it in China.

Notes:
Students who are eligible for a scholarship but are unable to register on time due to personal circumstances may submit an application for a registration extension of up to one month. Those who don't sign up by the deadline will lose their chance to get a scholarship.
Students receiving scholarships who are at risk of missing school due to illness are eligible to have their scholarship extended for an additional year. During the time that you are not attending school, you will not receive a living allowance. Scholarships cannot be reserved during a suspension from school for reasons other than the student's own.
