Here is a list of scholarships that people in the United States can apply for that do not require them to pay any part of their education costs.
1.MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program in the United States for International Students
The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program will help 113 students from Sub-Saharan Africa go to top universities in the United States and Canada. These universities include the University of California, Michigan State University (MSU), and others. Successful scholars get full funding to go to college or get a master's degree in a professional field.
2. Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Scholarship for International Students in the United States (The Gates Scholarship)
The prestigious Gates Scholarship is for students who have done well in school and want to go to college or university in the United States. It pays for all of the costs of going to college or university. The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a last-dollar scholarship for high school seniors from low-income minority families who have done well in school. Every year, 300 of these student leaders are given scholarships to help them reach their full potential.
3. Foreign Student Fulbright Program
The Fulbright Program gives grants to international students who want to get a Master's or Ph.D. There are also scholarships for postgraduate studies that don't lead to a degree. The grant pays for tuition, books, flights, a living stipend, and health insurance.
4. AAUW International Fellowships and Women's Development Grants
Women who are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States can get an American Association of University Women (AAUW) International Fellowship to study or do research full-time in the United States. The scholarship is worth $18,000 for those getting a master's degree, $20,000 for those getting a PhD, and $30,000 for those getting a postdoctoral degree. Before September 30 of the year before they apply for the scholarship, applicants must have earned the equivalent of a bachelor's degree in the U.S. They also have to have applied to the schools they want to go to before the deadline for the scholarship.
5. Harambe Fletcher Scholarships for African Students in the United States
Young African entrepreneurs who want to get a master's degree at Tufts University's Fletcher School can get a Harambe Fletcher Scholarship, which pays for their full tuition.

The Boustany MBA Harvard Scholarship is given every two years for a two-year program at Harvard Business School.

7.Google Lime Scholarship for Disabled Students
The Google Lime Scholarship can be used in the United States or Canada for undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral studies. Students with disabilities who want to study computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering can get a level, which is a fully paid scholarship.
8. The Campbell Foundation Fellowship Program is number eight.
The Campbell Foundation is happy to say that its Chesapeake Fellowship Program is now up and running. The Vera R. Campbell Foundation Fellowship is for female social scientists with a Ph.D. or higher from developing countries whose research focuses on empowering women economically and socially.
10. AAHPM Scholarship for Developing-Country Physicians in the United States
The Developing Countries Scholarship Fund was set up so that doctors from developing countries could attend the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (AAHPM) and HPNA Annual Assembly in Vancouver and get a high-quality education.
11. The Humphrey Fellowship Program is number eleven.
The Humphrey Fellowship Program is designed for experienced professionals to help them improve their leadership skills through a mutual exchange of knowledge and understanding about issues of common concern in their home countries and the United States. Each year, about 200 fully-funded fellowships are given to qualified applicants from East Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Eurasia, the Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Central Asia, and the Western Hemisphere.
12. EDSF International Student Scholarship Program in the United States
The Electronic Document Scholarship Foundation (EDSF) scholarship program was established in 1999 to recognize and assist the next generation of document management and graphic communication professionals. Full-time students who are committed to pursuing a career in the document management and graphic communications markets are eligible for EDSF scholarships.
13. Harvard University Postdoctoral Academy Scholars Program
The scholarship program recognizes and helps outstanding scholars at the start of their careers so that they can continue to do well as they move up in their chosen fields.
Academy Scholars are appointed to a two-year in-residence postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University's Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies in Cambridge, MA. You can apply if you just got your Ph.D. or are in the process of getting one in the social sciences or law.
14. American University Scholarship for Emerging Global Leaders (AU EGLS)
The American University-AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship is a fully funded scholarship that promotes educational access and opportunity while increasing global diversity. International undergraduate students are eligible for the AU Emerging Global Leader Scholarship (AU EGLS).
The AU EGL scholarship will be given to international students who have overcome different problems and obstacles, as well as those from different and underrepresented global and socioeconomic backgrounds.
15. Iowa State University International Merit Scholarships for International Students in the United States.
Iowa State University is committed to enrolling a diverse and talented student body. The International Merit Scholarship is given to well-rounded students who have done well in math, science, the arts, extracurricular activities, community service, leadership, innovation, or entrepreneurship.
